Manage and track your project with tickets of akaAT

Add new work ticket

  1. Select a Ticket link from the list located on the left side of TestMan MicrosoftTeams-image (2)

  2. On the ticket details page, Click on button.

  3. Fill in the details and click on Create button

Delete ticket

If you choose to delete a ticket, you will permanently all of its data, including its comments and attachments. If you're not sure, you can resolve or close this ticket instead.

  1. Select the tickets you want to delete.
  2. Click on Selected button and select Delete option.

Export ticket

  1. Select the tickets you want to export, or export all tickets if you don't have any tickets checked.

  2. Click on Export button at the top of the details page.

  3. Select the export type.

  • If you select "CSV file" or "Excel file", The file will be downloaded to your device.

Import ticket

  1. Click on Import button at the top of the details page.

  2. Select an existing template or create a new one (See Import & Export Template for better understanding).

  3. Fill in the details and click on Preview button.

At this time, if the preview screen displays unreasonable/malformed fields (if any) in the file that you have imported. Please edit the import file or the import template to successfully add tickets.

View workflow

There are 2 ways to view the workflow of a ticket type

  • Click on a ticket you want to see the workflow -> Once that Tickets information page is displayed, click on View Workflow button (which is next to Ticket Status)

  • Go to Project Setting -> Process -> Select Ticket Type -> Select Workflow tab (See Project Setting/ Process Setting for better understanding)
