Export keyword

AkaAT Studio tool support exporting keyword feature. User can able to export custom keywords, then upload export keyword file to akaStore system. Once this keyword is approved, other users can download and install this keyword as plugin into their project.

1. Export custom keyword

Precondition: User have already created a customkeyword and registerd this keyword successfully.

  • Step 1: Click on the keyword_setting icon on the left menu.

  • Step 2: Select Custom keyword menu then click on the Export Keyword tab on the Keyword Setting screen

  • Step 3: Select customkeywords to export then Input groupID, atifactID, keyword name, author, description

  • Step 4: Click on Export to button to select a location to store exported keyword

  • Step 5: Click on Export button to export keyword to selected location above

  • Step 6: Go to selected, verify that file name {groupID}.{artifactID}-{version}.atkeyword is generated

Note: Once project used to export a keyword will not able to install that keyword from akaAT Store anymore.

2. Upload plugin to store

Precondition: User have already exported keyword successfully

  • Step 1: Go to the https://store.akaat.com/ page and login. After user logined successfully, user will see the Upload plugin button.

  • Step 2: Click on the Upload plugin button

  • Step 3: On the Upload your own plugin, click on the Select file button. After user upload file successfully, version and Min akaStudio version field will be filled (get information from uploaded file). User click on the Next buton.

  • Step 4: User input some required fields and click on the Submit button. The Thanks you popup will be displayed. It mean that you uploaded plugin successfully. Please wait 3 - 5 working days for akaAT team review and verify that.

  • Step 5: After upload keyword successfully, go to "Manage Plugin" to see your plugins' status

  • Step 6: The first status of your Plugin after uploading successfully would be "Reviewing". This means, you need to wait for akaAT Team to scan and approve your plugin.

In case, your plugin are rejected, you need to update this plugin and re-upload other version for your plugin

Until status of plugin is "Published" means it is ready for being installed and used.
